Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm on weekdays, shipped via Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. Add your desired shipping method at checkout.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We're working on expanding to other countries soon!

You can add as many boxes as you like to your cart and checkout in one go.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nextdatedelivery.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Yes! All our boxes are designed to be beginner-friendly. No prior experience or special skills required - just open, set up, and enjoy!

Most of our date night experiences last between 1-3 hours, depending on how much time you want to spend and the activity involved.

We're committed to sustainability and use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. We're always looking for ways to reduce our environmental impact.

We offer a 30-day returns policy on unopened and unused boxes. If you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us to arrange a return.

Contact us at contact@nextdatedelivery.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in original condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

We're sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

We're a UK-based company. All our boxes are assembled and shipped from within the United Kingdom.
